What is the difference between the hotel formula and the self-catering formula?
Hotel formula: rate per night, breakfast included, daily cleaning service between 9:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., sheets changed every 4 days.
Self-catering formula: minimum stay of 4 nights, rate per night, cleaning service: for stays of 6 nights - no cleaning; for stays of 6 to 9 nights, cleaning service with linen change on the 4th day (not counting the day of arrival); stays of 10 nights or more: cleaning service with change of sheets every 4 days (not including the day of arrival). Consumables (toilet paper, shampoo, etc.) are only replenished during the cleaning service. For the remaining days, guests are responsible for replenishing these items.

How can we pay?
To confirm your reservation, we ask 30% of deposit by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS). The remaining amount has to be paid upon arrival at our Reception. On site you can also pay by credit card, travelers checks or cash.
How far is Point à Pitre city, Deshaies village, the Grande Anse beach?
The hotel is in Ziotte, about 250 m from Grande Anse beach (5 minutes walk), 1.5 Km from Deshaies and 40 Km from the airport. There is a small supermaket on your way to the beach and several shops in the village of Deshaies.
Can I come with my pet?
No, you can't. Our hotel does not accept animals, sorry.
Sheets and towels are supplied?
Household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is provided, except beach towels.
